INTEKSYS is founded and led by Frank James, Founder and Principal Engineer.

With decades of experience as a Cloud Architect and former IBM Engineer, Frank James has designed and implemented enterprise-scale infrastructure across IBM Cloud, AWS, and hybrid environments, supporting Fortune 500 and government clients.
